[Notice from Hinatao Energy] About the termination of the "FC Tokyo Electricity" plan
We would like to inform you that the "FC Tokyo Electricity" plan provided by our club sponsor, Hinatao Energy Co., Ltd., will end at the end of January 2023.
With the termination of this plan, the supply of electricity and gas by Hinatao Energy will be sequentially stopped from Feb 1, 2023 (Wed). We apologize for the inconvenience to customers using this plan, but please proceed with the application procedure to switch to another electricity or gas company by Jan 31, 2023 (Tue).
□Background of Energy Plan Termination
Since the start of the business, we have made continuous efforts to provide energy services that closely support each customer's lifestyle. However, due to drastic changes in social conditions, including recent international situations, it has become difficult to maintain the specifications of the services we have been offering to our customers, and therefore, we have decided to terminate the plan.
□ What customers need to do
Please complete the application procedure for switching to another electricity or gas company by Tuesday, January 31, 2023. If you wish to apply to Tokyo Gas, it is also possible for Hinatao Energy to apply for the switch on your behalf with your consent.
