Regarding the specifications of the uniforms for official matches in the 2023 season, it has been discovered that the position of the "You’ll Never Walk Alone" rubber print on the back violates "Laws of the Game Article 4, Section 5: Player Equipment" and "Uniform Guidelines Article 12, Section 2".
As a result of discussions with relevant parties, we have decided to change the position and material of the message print on the official match uniforms worn by players, placing it on the backside of the front of the shirt.
In addition, uniforms other than those worn by players in official matches (authentic uniforms for display and sale) will be placed on the back without any changes to the specifications.

The message of "You’ll Never Walk Alone," which FC Tokyo has cherished together with its fans and supporters, has been continuously placed inside the uniform since the middle of the 2020 season. We sincerely apologize for the last-minute change in placement this time, but our feelings remain unchanged for the 2023 season, and the players will fight with this message held close within.
