Comment by Hideto TAKAHASHI
"I have been appointed as the Global Business Strategy Advisor for FC Tokyo. I am very pleased that my career is once again intersecting with FC Tokyo.
In 2012, I vividly remember playing as a challenger wearing Tokyo's emblem in the first AFC Champions League match the club ever participated in, against Brisbane Roar in Australia, and captivating the away fans beyond language barriers. I will never forget that earnest spirit of challenge from that time, and I will do my best, however small, to help spread the appeal of FC Tokyo more widely to many football fans, visitors to Japan, and our existing fans and supporters.
