Following last year's event, we will hold the club-hosted yoga event for the second time, "Keio Electric Railway presents 2nd Round FC Tokyo Ajinomoto Night Yoga."
Ajinomoto Night Yoga is an outdoor yoga event open to everyone, held amidst the night view and tranquility of Ajinomoto Stadium, where participants regulate their breathing. On the pitch (artificial turf area) of Ajinomoto Stadium, which generates excitement, you can stretch your body barefoot, lie down, and relieve physical and mental tension, experiencing deep relaxation.
This is a free event open to anyone interested in yoga, whether alone or with family.
Let's release daily tension and stress through yoga performed in a special place while being blown by the night breeze!

She has been learning classical ballet since childhood and later transitioned to modeling work. She has been active in a world where she has been expected to be "perfect" from a young age, feeling both mentally and physically exhausted but considering it normal.

Through deepening my yoga practice, I have learned that it is okay not to be "perfect," and I feel a greater ease in life. I convey to my students the things I have experienced and felt, cherishing them sincerely.
