Mitsushiro OBARA (General Manager)
Satoru ASARI (Academy Director)
Played for FC Tokyo from the Tokyo Gas era until 2009, appearing in 193 J-League matches as a midfielder. After retiring, he worked in the public relations department, and since 2011, he has been in the strengthening department, responsible for team strengthening and scouting with his extensive experience and connections. Since 2018, he has been involved in player development, focusing on overseeing the U-15 team, and since 2022, he has been appointed as the academy director, overseeing the entire academy organization.
Satoshi MIGITA (Sub Academy Director)
After excelling as a defender at Tokyo Gakugei University, he pursued a career in coaching. After joining FC Tokyo, he served as a coach for U-15 for many years, and in 2007, he became the manager of U-15 Fukagawa. He is highly trusted by the players and has demonstrated his skills in human education. From 2011, he was involved with the Promotion Department, in 2013 he was responsible for U-12 development, and from 2014 he has been in charge of U-18 coaching, showcasing his abilities as the Sub-Academy Director since 2022.
Seidai NISHIKAWA (Head of Coach)
Started coaching career at Tsukuba University Soccer Club. While working as a university faculty member, served as head coach at Saitama.S Ei Junior High School and Heisei International University. Afterwards, moved to the Japan Football Association, holding positions such as National Training Center Coach, Youth Development Sub-Director, and Coach Education Director. Joined FC Tokyo in 2024. Utilizing extensive experience to dedicate efforts as Head of Coaching.
Daijiro Takakuwa (GK Project Leader)
Hirono YAMAGUCHI (U-12 Leader, Development Scout and Development Coach)
After graduating from university, he began coaching at Seijo Football Club. He joined FC Tokyo in 2005 and worked in the Promotion Department and Development Department. From 2016, he was in charge of scouting, from 2018 in the Strengthening Department, in 2019 he was responsible for U-12 development, and from 2020 he served as U-15 Fukagawa coach. From 2026, he has contributed to the club by utilizing his extensive experience as U-12 leader, development scout, and development coach. His favorite word is "passion".
Kazuki Suzuki (Development Coach)
Born in FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa. After graduating from university, played for Kochi United SC and in the Kanto League. After retirement, has been involved in exercise classes and soccer coaching for children from 1 year old to 6th grade elementary school. Joined the FC Tokyo Promotion Department from 2024. Utilizing past experience, focuses on player development by valuing not only technical skills but also character.
Ryu Uchiyama (Development Coach)
Played for Nippon Sport Science University Soccer Club and pursued a career as a coach after graduation. Joined FC Tokyo in 2018. In the Promotion Department, has conveyed the joy and appeal of soccer to children through passionate coaching. From 2026, utilizes past experience as a development coach to focus on player development.
Toshiki KOIKE (Development Scout)
Played as a player for Tokyo Gas Soccer Club, FC Tokyo, Shonan Bellmare, and Mito Hollyhock. After retirement, made a comeback as a coach at FC Tokyo, his former club. He has coached many players as a development coach, U-15 Musashi coach, U-15 Fukagawa coach, and U-18 coach. Since 2020, he has joined the strengthening department as a scout, working in player acquisition. From 2023, he will utilize his extensive experience to work as a development scout.
Takahiro HONDA (Development Scout)
Started coaching career at VIVAIO Funabashi Soccer Club and coached for 9 years. Afterwards, served as a GK coach for 7 years at Mitsubishi Yowa SC and 2 years at Verdy Academy, then joined FC Tokyo in 2023. Utilizing extensive experience coaching both boys and girls from early childhood to adults, dedicated to developing future goalkeepers.
Satoshi Yamaguchi (Development Scout)
Born and raised in Kodaira, played for FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi and FC Tokyo U-18 for six years. After that, advanced to Saitama University to study soccer and education from various perspectives. Joined the FC Tokyo Promotion Department in 2019 and gained experience coaching mainly at the junior level. From 2024, will focus on player acquisition and development as a youth scout.
Tsukasa Egashira (Development Analyst)
Joined FC Tokyo in 2025. Contributed to the team as a top team analyst during the 2025 season. From 2026, utilizing the knowledge and experience gained so far as an analyst in the development section, dedicated to nurturing players.
