Note: There has been a significant increase in applications for the lottery system. To avoid confusion on the day of the match, if you wish to cancel without using your lottery number, please be sure to contact us by email by November 22 (Friday) at 13:00. If you become a no-show without prior notice, we will take measures such as giving priority to those who applied for the Urawa match.

On 11/23 (Saturday, holiday) against Shonan Bellmare (kick-off at 2:00 pm / Ajinomoto Stadium) and on 11/30 (Saturday) against Urawa Reds (kick-off at 2:00 pm / Ajinomoto Stadium), we would like to inform you about the application for the waiting line lottery for SOCIO priority entry as follows.

Regarding the waiting line for entry, we have received various opinions about issues such as pre-sheet placement, nuisance parking, and cutting in line. As a solution to these problems, we will be implementing a lottery system for the two matches below and would like to use this as a reference for next season's operations. Thank you for your cooperation.

(1)Target Match
・11/23 (Sat, Holiday) vs Shonan Bellmare (2:00pm Kick-off/Ajinomoto Stadium)
・11/30 (Sat) vs Urawa Reds (2:00pm kick-off / Ajinomoto Stadium)

(2) Usage Method
The method for determining the order will be through a lottery system based on prior application.
※Only SOCIO members are eligible. Those who are not SOCIO members will continue as before.

Important Notes
※Registration of a J League ID and linking with the SOCIO number (One Touch Pass ID) is required for application.

※When applying, please register the following: ① The SOCIO number of the representative, ② Name, ③ Number of accompanying persons (up to 5 including the representative, limited to priority entry participants), ④ Entry gate.
* Please ensure that only the representative applies. If those accompanying the representative also apply and attempt to line up with the earlier lottery number, it may cause gaps in the line during organization, leading to delays in verification and inconvenience to others, so please refrain from doing so. Those who create gaps may have their lottery numbers downgraded in the future.
* Accompanying persons are limited to those eligible for priority entry. However, accompanying elementary and middle school students who are not eligible for priority entry is allowed up to one per SOCIO (the accompanying elementary and middle school student will also count as one).

(4) Application Period

(5) Lottery Results
We will send the order number to the registered email address with your J League ID at 12:00 on the day before the match.
* Please ensure that you can receive emails from the address "@fctokyo.co.jp". As a rule, we will not resend emails.
*Please make sure to register FC Tokyo as your favorite club in the favorite club settings when registering your J.League ID, and set it to receive notifications from the club. If not set, you will not be able to receive emails.

(6) Method for organizing lines (There may be changes for the match against Urawa on 11/30)
The method for organizing lines is different at the North Gate and the Back Gate. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

Please gather everyone as below, including your companions. Once you have lined up, you cannot leave that spot in principle.
The numbers of those who are not gathered are invalid and excluded. Additionally, if there are missing numbers during the line organization, it will take time to confirm, causing inconvenience to those around you, so please make sure to participate.
・Please enter the venue from the "West Gate" "Observatory" to gather at the designated area for queue management.

[North Gate]
Please enter the stadium through Gate North 1 or Gate North 2 at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the SOCIO opening time.
・Seating areas are set up in the stands according to the lottery number (see pillar number). Please check your lottery number and wait in the designated area. *In principle, each block consists of 100 numbers.

・Check the numbers for each block and organize the rows (in numerical order).
・Once the queue organization is complete, you will move to the waiting line outside.

[Back Gate]
・Please gather directly in the area specified by your lottery number 1 hour and 30 minutes before the SOCIO opening time.
* Generally, it will be in units of 100.
・Number confirmation and line organization (in order of number) will be conducted for each unit of 100.
・You will start moving to the back gate before the opening time.

(7) Others・Please be aware that the main SOCIO priority gate will open 5 minutes after the SOCIO opening time.
・SOCIO members who do not participate in the lottery will need to wait in a designated area. After that, you can enter from the end of the waiting line for those participating in the lottery.
・If the SOCIO waiting line ends smoothly, we may allow general admission earlier depending on the situation. Please be aware of this in advance.
