[Update on 7/9]
Added information regarding ticket handling for matches held under strict security measures (relaxed restrictions) with a 50% capacity limit for each seating type.
The J.League has decided to resume the J1 League from July 4 (Saturday) regarding the 2020 Meiji Yasuda J.League, which has postponed matches due to the impact of the novel coronavirus.
We plan to gradually transition from "remote matches (matches held without spectators)" to matches held with spectators. Please check below for information regarding ticket handling at each stage. We will inform you of any details regarding undecided parts as soon as they are determined.
The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.

▼Major Changes During Strict Security Measures and During Matches Under Strict Security Measures
①All Seats Are Reserved
In case of an infection, to identify and notify contacts, all attendees must sit in their reserved seats. Please note that seat changes after purchase are not allowed.
Additionally, due to entry restrictions and the designation of seats, the seating arrangement and prices differ from regular matches, so please be careful when making your purchase.
It is assumed that seats up to the 19th row of the lower stand will be exposed to rain. On the day of the event, for the purpose of preventing the spread of infection, moving to vacant seats or aisles under the roof to watch the game is strictly prohibited. Please make sure to watch from the seat you purchased, so please be careful when making your purchase.
With the transition to all reserved seating, SOCIO priority entry will not be implemented.
② Tickets sold only through FC Tokyo Ticket (J.League Ticket)
As with point 1, to identify and notify contacts in case of infection, tickets will be sold exclusively through FC Tokyo Ticket (J.League Ticket).
③ Seat spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please be seated with 1 to 3 seats spacing in front, behind, and to the sides. Companions including family members who came together must also be seated with spacing (children below school age may sit on laps).
④ Tickets go on sale about one week before the match
Due to possible changes in match restrictions depending on the spread of COVID-19, ticket sales will be conducted per match, starting about one week before the match date. Also, the first day of pre-sale, early sale, and general sale will begin at 8:00 AM.
⑤ Temperature check
On the day of the match, temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gates. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket, so please understand.
⑥ Area-specific exit
When leaving, exit will be organized by seating area. Please follow the announcements when exiting.
In addition, there are many points that differ from the usual regarding matters not related to tickets. We will inform you about the operational methods for restricted matches as soon as they are decided, so please check back. Also, the J League has published the "Guidelines for Responding to the Novel Coronavirus Infection", which includes information and requests for understanding and cooperation from fans and supporters, so please check that as well.

▼Definition of adjacent seats when there is space between seats and notes for ticket acquisition

As mentioned earlier, during matches with restrictions, please take your seats with space between seats.
The above diagram shows the seating arrangement for matches held under a strict alert level (strong restrictions) with a limit of 5,000 people. During matches held under a strict alert level (strong restrictions), the main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center) will have a two-seat gap between each seat, while the north side (home) will have a two-seat gap up to the 17th row of the lower section, and a three-seat gap from the 18th row onward. The upper section will have a three-seat gap between all seats.
Therefore, when making a purchase, please consider seat numbers with 1 to 3 vacant seats as consecutive seats.
<Matches held during strict alert (relaxed restrictions) (50% capacity for each seat type)>
During matches held under strict alert (relaxed restrictions) (50% capacity for each seat type), you will be seated with one seat empty in front, behind, and to the sides in all areas.

Therefore, when making your purchase, please consider a vacant seat number as consecutive seats if there is 1 seat available.
*If you purchase seats through automatic selection, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, the following notice will be displayed in the system: "We were unable to provide consecutive seats. You will be provided with seats that are not together. If this is acceptable, please check the approval and proceed with the process." However, please proceed as is.
(Example)
<Holding a match under strict security measures (5,000 people limit)>
When selecting 2 tickets and obtaining "Row 1 Seat 1 and Row 1 Seat 4", Row 1 Seats 2 and 3 are not available for sale, so please consider them as consecutive seats.

<Matches held during strict alert (relaxed restrictions) (50% limit on each seat type)>
When selecting 2 tickets and obtaining "Row 1 Seat 1 and Row 1 Seat 3", Row 1 Seat 2 will not be available for sale, so please consider it as adjacent seating.

Additionally, it is not guaranteed that seats can be obtained together in the system, so we recommend purchasing through individual seat selection.
