□What is required of all attendees
(1) If you are unable to attend, please have the courage to reconsider.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If there are suspected cases of infection among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to or had close contact with residents of countries or regions that have entry restrictions or require observation periods after entry imposed by the government within the past 14 days.
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, or similar gestures.
(3) Please maintain social distancing. (During entry and exit, in line for the restroom, etc.).
* Please use the restrooms and concession stands at different times if possible, as they tend to be crowded, especially just before the match starts and during halftime.
(4) Please wear a mask in the stadium.
* If you remove your mask for heatstroke prevention, please be mindful of social distancing and cough etiquette.

□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be permitted if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection.
(3) The entrance gates vary by seat type. (See the diagram below)

(4) From the perspective of infection prevention, regulated exits are planned after the match.
We plan to exit in the following order, but we will provide guidance through announcements in the venue each time, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in following the instructions for exiting.
Due to the regulated exit, players will not circle the stands after the match. Thank you for your understanding.

(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.

(2) There will be no mascot greetings outside or in the concourse.

(3) Sales of food and beverages (excluding alcohol) will be conducted.

* Due to expected congestion at the on-site shops, please bring your own food and beverages other than alcohol as much as possible for infection prevention.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.

(5) No temporary smoking areas will be established.

□Viewing Methods
(1) During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (sitting next to someone without spacing, moving to the front of the stand to shout at players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).
(2) There are no visitor seats available. Please be aware that entry, viewing, and cheering while wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise is not permitted.
(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.

A2. During matches under strict security measures (limited to 5,000 people), shuttle bus services will not be provided. Please use the regular bus services.
Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gates open?
A3. There is no waiting line before the gates open. All seats are reserved. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the gates open.
Q4. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A4. During matches under strict security measures (with a limit of 5,000 people), AO-AKA PARK will not be held. AO-AKA PARK Online is being streamed on the official YouTube, so please enjoy that.
Q5. Is it allowed to bring in food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A5. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure compliance with viewing etiquette inside the stadium, we must refuse drinking alcohol within the venue. Bringing food and beverages other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

A13. Natural sounds and applause that occur during the match are not prohibited. Please actively applaud good plays and support the players.
However, clapping and cheering that leads to group support are prohibited for infection prevention.

It is prohibited to move from your seat during the match.

Restrooms and concession stands may be crowded just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to avoid using them during peak times.
