About Viewing Manners for the Match Against Kobe on 12/19 (Saturday)

In the case of a strict alert system and matches held under strict alert conditions, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures."
* Changes from the Hiroshima match on 12/12 are indicated in red.

The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.

□Requirements for All Attendees
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have any symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormalities in taste or smell, etc.)
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods imposed by the government within the last 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of those areas
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved, but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② For asymptomatic individuals, less than 10 days since a positive PCR test.

(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, or similar gestures.

(3) Please maintain social distancing. (During entry and exit, in line for the restroom, etc.).
* Please use the restrooms and concession stands at different times if possible, as they tend to be crowded, especially just before the match starts and during halftime.

(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
* A 100% mask-wearing rate is a condition for easing the restrictions on the number of attendees. Staff will approach those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 5 regarding pregnant women and children).
We recommend that children aged 2 and older wear masks, but if they do wear a mask, please ensure that parents and surrounding adults pay close attention to the child's health.
If the person is feeling unwell or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear it.
If you do not wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with your guardians.


(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
* Please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible for infection prevention.

(6) The J.League has approved the sale of alcohol starting from 10/30, and FC Tokyo has decided to resume the sale of alcoholic beverages at each food and drink stall.
However, consuming alcohol may lead to a sense of bravado, making it easier to raise your voice, which could increase the risk of infection. Therefore, for those who consume alcoholic beverages, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection by not raising your voice and not causing inconvenience to other attendees.
* The sale of alcoholic beverages will be conducted until the closing time of each store.
* Please transfer the contents of glass and can containers into paper cups.



□New Items to Bring for Watching

When coming to the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.

・Handkerchief

□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be permitted if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection.

(3) We will not organize a waiting line to secure entry order before the venue opens.
*Please arrive with plenty of time to help disperse the crowd.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.

(4) To avoid crowding, please use the gates below according to your seat type as much as possible. (See the diagram below)
・Main Gate 3: Main SS Seats, Main S Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・Gate 2 North: Home SG Section, Home Seats (North Side)
Back 3 Gate:Back SB Seats, Home Center Seats, Seven-Eleven Seats, Back Seats, Home Seats (South Side)

(5) Re-entry will be conducted by the following methods.
① When exiting the stadium at the gate, please be sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate, and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once your re-entry card has been confirmed.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 5, Back Gate 1, Kitakami Gate 1 (see above diagram)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime

(6) We will conduct a lap for FC Tokyo players.
* We will not implement regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering times.
Please understand and cooperate in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.


□Events and Vendors
(1) Events will be held with careful consideration of social distancing.
* Information about the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(2) There will be no mascot greetings outside or in the concourse.
* Details about mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales will be conducted.
* Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each food and beverage stall.
※Due to expected congestion at the venue's concession stands, please bring your own food and beverages other than alcohol for infection prevention purposes.
* Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be operating will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
* The stores where this will be implemented will be announced on the official homepage and other platforms.

(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.

When lining up at events, food stalls, and merchandise shops, please be mindful of social distancing and maintain space between individuals.

□Viewing Methods
(1) During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (sitting next to someone without spacing, moving to the front of the stand to shout at players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).

(2) Viewing while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the "Visitor Seats." Cheering for the visiting team (only clapping and hand clapping) is also only allowed in the "Visitor Seats."

(3) Outside the stadium, in addition to ensuring social distancing, please avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.

(4) From 11/17 (Tuesday) onwards, seating next to each other within the same group of up to five people has been allowed at the discretion of the host club (if seats in front and behind are left empty). However, FC Tokyo will continue to implement a checkerboard seating arrangement to prevent the spread of infection and avoid conflicts among attendees.


□Cheering Style
The prohibited actions are as follows:
・Inciting cheers
・Cheering with voice, such as singing or whistling
・Waving or spinning towels, large flags, and other flags
・Using megaphones, including tramegas
・Drums and other musical instruments
・High-fives, linking arms
・Cheering with big flags
・Actions that disturb other guests, such as displaying gate flags in seats
・Watching while standing
*Applause and clapping are permitted.
*From 10/17 onwards, the use of drums and cheering paper fans that can be struck in your seat will be allowed at the discretion of the host club. However, FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions for the prevention of infection spread and to avoid troubles among visitors.

For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, displaying banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open is also permitted.

・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its surroundings.

Q1. I am feeling a bit unwell, but my temperature is not over 37.5 degrees. Is it okay to go to the stadium?
If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending, regardless of your body temperature.

Q2. Is there a shuttle bus?
A2. Currently under adjustment. We will provide information on the official homepage as soon as it is confirmed.

Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gates open?
A3. There is no waiting line before the gates open. All seats are reserved. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the gates open.

Q4. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A4. AO-AKA PARK will be held at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square, with multiple food trucks participating (the match on 12/12 against Hiroshima will be held at Onigiri Maru Square). Details will be provided on the official homepage and other sources.

Q5. Can I bring food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A5. It is allowed to bring food and drinks that contain alcohol. However, as with normal times, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.
Alcoholic beverages will be sold at each food and beverage stall until the closing time of each stall.

Q6. Will there be crowding during entry and exit?
A6. Arriving just before the match is expected to be crowded. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Q8. How can we create excitement during the member announcement?
A8. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please feel free to cheer with applause and clapping.

Q9. It’s been a while since I watched a game at Ajinomoto Stadium. I want to sing You’ll Never Walk Alone to welcome the players.
A9. Singing out loud is prohibited. It is possible to hold up scarves, etc.

Q10. How can we enhance the atmosphere during player entrance?
A10. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please feel free to encourage with applause and hand clapping.

Q11. Can I raise a towel muffler?
A11. No problem.
However, please refrain from displaying anything that may disturb those around you. Additionally, actions such as waving or spinning towel scarves are prohibited.

Q12. Is it allowed to raise a gate flag (geefura)?
A12. Displaying gate flags is not prohibited. However, please refrain from displaying them in a way that may disturb those around you.

Q13. Do I have to remain silent during the match?
A13. Natural sounds and applause that occur during the match are not prohibited. Please actively applaud good plays and support the players.
However, cheering out loud is prohibited for infection prevention purposes.
Additionally, standing while watching is also prohibited.


Q14. Is it allowed to change seats when it rains or when players approach?
A14. Moving from your seat during the match is prohibited.

Q15. Is it allowed to sit next to family and friends while watching the game?
From A15.11/17 (Tue), it has become possible for groups of up to 5 people to sit next to each other at the discretion of the host club (if there is a row of seats left empty in front and behind). However, FC Tokyo will continue to implement a checkerboard seating arrangement for all seats to prevent the spread of infection and avoid conflicts among attendees.

Q16. Are there any queue rules inside the stadium?
A16. When waiting in line at food and merchandise stalls, restrooms, etc., please follow the guidance (such as the signs on the ground) and maintain social distance while queuing.
Restrooms and concession stands may be crowded just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to avoid using them during peak times.


Q17. Are there food and beverage vendors inside the stadium?
A17. The stadium vendors are open. Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each vendor, but sales by vendors will not be conducted.
* In addition, AO-AKA PARK will be held at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square, featuring multiple food truck vendors, as well as food trucks near the West Gate Square.


Q18. Is there a merchandise store?
A18. The merchandise store will be open, but the products available for sale will be limited.
There are no new products on the day of the match, so please consider using the official online store.

Q19. Is there a gacha machine?
A19. Gachapon is available for sale, but it will not be sold through the usual machines; instead, products will be handed over by a sales representative.
Also, please refrain from activities that may lead to congestion, such as product exchanges.

Q20. Is alcohol disinfection provided?
Alcohol disinfectant is available in the venue, but please bring your own alcohol disinfectant as much as possible.

Q21. Are masks sold inside the venue?
