Wheelchair Seat Usage Instructions
The use of wheelchair seats for this match is by advance reservation only.
Please make sure to apply in advance and come to the venue. We cannot guide you to the wheelchair seats without prior application.
Please note that if there are many applications, it will be a lottery.

3. Tickets to be purchased
※ Up to one accompanying person is allowed, and for two or more people, please note that you will be watching the game from the seat of the ticket you purchased.
4. How to apply
(1) Please purchase the above ticket in advance and apply by email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp) during the application period using one of the following methods.
① Fill in the necessary information on the application form, attach it to an email, and submit it.
※PDF, Excel, jpg and other file formats are acceptable.
②Include the following necessary items in the email body and apply

①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter even if you have a ticket.
② About Seat Spacing
Please take your seat with enough space between seats.
③Understanding the Viewing Location
In order to identify and notify close contacts in case of an infected person, on the day of the match, staff will check the seat number of the purchased ticket and the wheelchair seat number in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching (including accompanying persons).
