□How to Use Wheelchair Seats
The use of wheelchair seats for this match requires prior application.
If you come to the venue without prior application, we will not be able to guide you to the wheelchair seating, so please make sure to apply before your visit.
Please note that if there are many applications, a lottery will be held, so thank you for your understanding in advance.

Please note that only one accompanying person is allowed, and any additional persons must watch from the seats of the purchased tickets.
4. How to Apply
(1) Please purchase the above tickets in advance and apply via email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp) using one of the methods below during the application period.

*Please be sure to submit a copy of the disability certificate when applying.
Starting from the 2021 season, applications will only be accepted via email. Please note that we cannot accept applications via fax. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have previously applied by fax.
(2) We will notify you of the results two business days before the match date.

5. Application Period

We apologize for the inconvenience due to the short duration in accordance with the ticket sales period, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.
6. Important Notes
We ask for your cooperation to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About Seat Spacing
Please take your seats with space between each other.
③Understanding the Viewing Location
On the day of the match, in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching, staff will verify the seat number of the ticket you purchased and the wheelchair seat number you will be using (including companions) for the purpose of identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection outbreak.
