2025 Season "TOKYO GROW WITH" Program Activity Report ②

We report on the activities of the "TOKYO GROW WITH" program (student business staff) implemented from the 2025 season.

This program aims for student business staff to expand their potential and aspire to become the next generation of leaders through experience in a real sports environment.

□ Student Business Staff Activity Report Meeting (Online)

In this program, five student business staff members are assigned to different departments, where they support operations and work on problem-solving.
In this activity report meeting, it was not only an opportunity to organize and share one's own work content but also to deepen the understanding of the roles of other student business staff.
When asked, "Did you experience any surprises or gaps while actually working at FC Tokyo?", Mr. H, who was assigned to the Entertainment Department, responded, "I thought that the fireworks and other performances at the stadium were prepared by all the club's business staff, but I was very surprised to learn that there are actually only about two people in charge within the club. Of course, there is cooperation with many related parties and departments, but I was impressed by the fact that a small number of people oversee the whole operation." Each person shared the insights they gained after joining the company.

□2030 VISION Workshop (MIXI, Inc. Headquarters Office)
At FC Tokyo, we continuously hold internal workshops aimed at promoting understanding and penetration of the club's "2030 VISION."
This time, in addition to the recently hired business staff, student business staff also participated. Under the facilitation of Naohiro ISHIKAWA, the Community Generator, we deepened our understanding of the club's vision through group work.
At the end of the workshop, it was a meaningful time where student business staff actively expressed their own thoughts and ideas, such as presenting their vision while Ishikawa CG and other business staff listened attentively.
Mr. T from the Operations Department reflected, "After becoming a member of the club for a little while, it became a great opportunity to exchange opinions with staff from other departments with whom I had few chances to talk before."

Activity reports will continue to be posted irregularly in the future.
