□What is Walking Football?
Walking Football is "soccer played by walking."
It is said that the origin of football for seniors aged 55 and over, aimed at promoting health, was in England in July 2011.
The Japan Football Association has introduced a unique Japanese rule called 'non-contact (not going to take the ball)' so that even those with no soccer experience, those who are not good at exercise, or those with disabilities can play without fear.
