About Tokyo's 'Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups and Tokuryu'
In Tokyo, we are promoting the "Three No's Plus One Movement to Expel Organized Crime Groups" to realize a "Safe and Secure Tokyo." This movement is based on the three principles of not fearing, not paying money to, and not using organized crime groups, with the addition of not associating with them. Let us practice this Three No's Plus One Movement as the fundamental principle of eliminating organized crime groups and eradicate them from society.
In recent years, there has been a problem with anonymous and fluid crime groups, commonly known as Tokuryu, which use social media and other platforms to recruit perpetrators for various crimes, including special fraud and robbery, on a wide scale.
"High-paying part-time jobs", "same-day payment" and similar advertisements should not be applied for lightly; please check the job details and watch out for suspicious phrases. Even if you happen to get involved, don't worry alone—have the courage to consult someone close to you.
