At the rooftop futsal court in front of Fuchu Station, "FC Tokyo Park Fuchu," we will hold a special yoga experience, "PARK NIGHT YOGA," on the rooftop where the early summer night breeze blows comfortably.
In a spacious and open environment, why not relax and rejuvenate your mind and body while enjoying the changing scenery from dusk to night?
Take a break from everyday life, breathe deeply, and spend a special moment reflecting on yourself.
Regardless of age, gender, or experience, beginners and those with limited flexibility can participate with confidence.
Since it is near the station and you can participate empty-handed, not only individuals but also families and friends are very welcome to join.

Clothing & Belongings

・Drinking Water
・Having a yoga mat, bath towel, or vinyl sheet will make your experience more comfortable.
*Yoga can also be done directly on the artificial turf. Yoga mats are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis and in limited quantities, so if you are concerned, please bring something to place underneath.
* There are no changing rooms or showers available for use. Please bring your belongings onto the court and manage your valuables yourself.
*Please remove shoes that may damage the artificial turf, such as heels, upon entry.
* Only water is allowed inside the court. (Vending machines available)

Response to Rainy and Stormy Weather

・In principle, events will be canceled in case of rain or stormy weather. (Participation fees will be fully refunded)
・In case of event cancellation, we will notify on our facility's homepage at least one hour before the event.

After many years of experience as a dancer, at a time when I deeply felt the need for further practice, I fatefully encountered yoga. By shifting from a practice method that seeks something external to deepening the curiosity inward through pranayama and asanas, my concentration and daily quality improved, and yoga became the center of my life.
Knocking on the door of Flowarts yoga, continuing to learn the teachings of traditional Indian yoga under Padminiji/Natsuyo Hamana and Mukesh Thapliyalii, deeply appreciating the great effects gained through practice, the joy of moving the body, and having a place where everyone can gather, we are opening a yoga studio in Fuchu in 2023 to share this joy with as many people as possible.

On the day 6/13 (Sat): 1,800 yen (tax included)

About Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please contact FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (by phone or email).
Please note that cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation fee policy below, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
*Phone calls made after the facility's business hours until the start of the next business day will be handled on the next business day. (Business hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

- There are no changing rooms, lockers, or showers available for use. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to go barefoot immediately. We kindly ask you to be considerate and avoid causing inconvenience to nearby facilities.
・We do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuables and luggage at our facility, so please understand.
・Bringing alcohol and drinking are prohibited.
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
- We do not provide insurance for individual customers. Please understand in advance that the facility cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during event participation.

Others

Photos and videos taken during the event may be published on various advertising media, such as the FC Tokyo homepage introducing its activities, facility websites, and staff blogs, so please be aware of this in advance.
