[Development Department Coach] New Fiscal Year Training Report
Coaches from the Development Department who are in charge of instruction at the school for the new fiscal year conducted the '2026 Development Department New Fiscal Year Training' from March 30 (Mon) to April 1 (Wed).
On the first day,we reviewed the goals for the 2026 fiscal year as the Promotion Department, the flow of school operations, and held a discussion about the practical coaching starting the next day.</span>
The second day had unfortunate weather, but we went out to the fieldand conducted practical training based on the school topics.</span>
After the coaching practice, we returned to the room to reflect, and in the afternoon, we reviewed the overview of events outside of the school, such as the Smile Caravan.
The third day also started with practical coaching.
While the play became intense, we always reflected by openly discussing each other's thoughts as coaches with an open mind.
The 2026 school year will start on Monday, April 6.
We will carefully prepare an environment where school students can smile and seriously engage with soccer.
All the coaches are looking forward to the day we can meet all the school students!
