[Event Report] JFA Nadeshiko Hiroba Held! (July 2026)

School Report

FC Tokyo held the JFA Nadeshiko Hiroba on Saturday, July 18, 2026!

What is Nadeshiko Hiroba…

It refers to a 【place】 and 【time】 where women, from children to adults, can casually 'start,' 'enjoy,' and 'continue' playing soccer or futsal regularly in their daily lives. FC Tokyo supports and implements the project 'Nadeshiko Hiroba,' promoted by the Japan Football Association (JFA), aimed at spreading women's soccer.

Elementary School Division

This time, the event was held with 18 participants. We saw them full of energy, enjoying interactions with their peers as they engaged in the activities.

During the warm-up, we practiced dribbling using various parts of the feet while avoiding cones and stopping precisely on signal. Each participant took on the challenge of delicate ball control.

Next, in the shooting practice, they dribbled in a slalom (zigzag) between markers and finished by scoring a goal! Even the children who were nervous because it was their first time participating smiled and told the coaches when they scored.

In the subsequent one-on-one matches, participants competed to see who could score first, and one person took on the defensive role to enjoy the battle in front of the goal. There was a determined attitude of trying repeatedly without giving up, and heartwarming moments were shared with watching parents celebrating the successes.

At the end, matches were held divided into lower and upper grade groups. There were active challenges in dribbling and shooting, and during breaks, participants took the initiative to call out to each other, learn each other's names, and make strategies, fostering a sense of camaraderie among the teammates.

Thank you very much to everyone who participated.

We will continue to provide an environment where children can play safely while having fun.

We will continue our activities, cherishing each girl's love for soccer!

Adult Division

This time, the event was held with 12 participants. The atmosphere was bright throughout, filled with constant laughter.

During the warm-up, participants exchanged the ball using eye contact, and in the coordination training in groups of three, although they struggled with multitasking, natural and proactive communication emerged as they aimed for success.

Next, in the face-to-face passing drill with groups of four, participants competed to score points while gradually increasing the restrictions, and then progressed to a 3-on-1 ball circulation exercise.

There were many plays where the coordination between the passer and receiver was evident, and at times the whole team was rolling with laughter, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere.

After that, we practiced aiming for the goal by taking advantage of numerical superiority in front of the goal. Cooperative play with careful observation of the surroundings increased, and the scenes of high-fiving to celebrate goals were impressive.

In the final match, many plays aiming for the goal and defending the goal were seen, making use of the practice so far and coordinating with teammates.

This time, there were many instances of "connections with friends" and "active challenges."

We will continue to provide a safe and attractive place where all women can feel "I want to try! It's fun! I want to come again!" while supporting each participant's individual pace and creating an environment where they can experience the pure joy and pleasure of soccer.
