Announcement of the selection of Takumi NAKAMURA, Taishi Brandon NOZAWA, and Kashif BANGNAGANDE as members of the U-19 Japan national team training camp.
We are pleased to announce that Takumi NAKAMURA, Taishi Brandon NOZAWA, and Kashif BANGNAGANDE from our club have been selected as members of the U-19 Japan national team candidates for the training camp (12/20–12/27 @JFA Dream Field) for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Indonesia 2021.
□Takumi NAKAMURA Comment
This is the last training camp before the final qualifiers for the U-20 World Cup, so I want to do my best to get accustomed to the team and perform well!
□Taishi Brandon NOZAWA Comment
I am very happy to be selected for the U-19 Japan national team. Since there is little time until the final qualifiers, which is a major goal for the U-19 Japan national team, I want us to come together as a team and have a good training camp. Personally, I want to play responsibly and fulfill my role in the team!
□Kashif BANGNAGANDE Comment
"As this is the final training camp before the final qualifiers for the U-20 World Cup, I will actively promote myself representing Tokyo. I want to do my best both as an individual and as a team to approach the final qualifiers in a good shape!"
