Regarding Viewing Manners for the Shonan Match on June 5 (Saturday)

In the case of a strict security system and during matches under strict security measures, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures".

The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local governments may lead to sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.



□ Requirements for All Visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if it is difficult for you to come.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If someone in your household or close acquaintances is suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions subject to government entry restrictions or observation periods within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of such areas
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (or less than 10 days from the onset date even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.
(2) Please do not shake hands or hug.
(3) Maintain social distancing (when entering/exiting, lining up for restrooms, etc.).
* Especially just before the match starts, during halftime, or at restrooms and concession stands, congestion is expected, so please try to use these facilities at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times inside the stadium.
* Staff will ask those not wearing masks to comply, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Infants under 2 years old may enter and watch without wearing a mask, according to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (regarding effects on infants and children, question 12).
Preschool children aged 2 and older are recommended to wear masks, but if they do, guardians and surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition.
If the child is unwell or finds it difficult to wear a mask continuously, do not force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with the guardian.
(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
* From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own sanitizer (such as a portable bottle) if possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly forbidden. If found, it will be confiscated (no returns).

□New Items to Bring When Watching
Please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket when coming to the stadium.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be permitted if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection.
(3) We will not organize a waiting line to secure entry order before the venue opens.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
The gate opening time is generally 90 minutes before kick-off, but it may change, so please check the official homepage for confirmation.
*Please arrive with plenty of time to help disperse the crowd.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.
(4) To avoid crowding, please use the gates below according to your seat type as much as possible. (See the diagram below)
・Main Gate: Main SS Reserved Seats, Main S Reserved Seats, Home Seats
・Back Gate: Back Seats

(5) Re-entry will be conducted by the following methods.
① When exiting the stadium at the gate, please be sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate, and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once your re-entry card has been confirmed.
Re-entry gates: Main gate, Back gate
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 12:30) until halftime
(6) There will be no regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering your exit times.
Please understand and cooperate in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.

□Events and Stalls
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
* Information about the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.
(2) Greeting of the mascot outside the venue and in the concourse is not allowed.
* Details about mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.
(3) Sales of food and beverages (excluding alcohol) will be conducted.
* Alcohol sales are not conducted. Additionally, bringing in alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If discovered, it will be confiscated. (No returns)
* Information about the food and beverage vendors will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.

(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.

□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (sitting next to someone without spacing, moving to the front of the stand to shout at players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.).
(2) There are no visitor seats available.
Please note that those who support the visiting team are not allowed to attend. Entry, viewing, and cheering while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is also not permitted, so please be aware of this in advance.
(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(4) Seating will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in front, behind, and on both sides.
However, please be aware that due to the structure of the stadium, some seats may overlap slightly in the front and back.


Support Style

The prohibited actions are as follows:
・Inciting support
・Use of megaphones including tram megaphones
・Noisemakers such as drums
・High-fives and shoulder linking
・Support using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags at your seat that disturb other customers
・Standing while watching
・Actions that disturb nearby residents
* Applause and hand clapping are permitted.
* The use of noisemakers that can be struck at your seat, such as drums and cheering paper fans, may be allowed at the discretion of the host club; however, FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions for the prevention of infection spread and to avoid troubles among attendees, both for FC Tokyo and visiting teams.

□Regarding the display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) have been decided. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated areas. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Main Gate" 120 minutes before the opening.
For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, it is possible to display banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.


□Other Prohibited Items
・Please refrain from actions that disturb nearby residents, such as unauthorized parking on roads and facilities around the stadium, littering, and noise.
・When attending, please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please do not wait near the player bus area or the entrance for officials.
・Those without tickets should not come to the stadium or its surroundings.

Q1. Are there food and beverage stalls?
A1. Four food trucks will be set up next to the main gate.
However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Please check the official homepage and other sources for information on vendor locations and business hours.

Q2. Is it allowed to bring in food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A2. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure proper viewing manners within the stadium, we ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol inside. Bringing food and beverages other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q3. Is there a merchandise store?
A3. The merchandise store will be open, but sales will be conducted on a smaller scale than usual.
Please consider using the official online shop to avoid close contact.

Q4. Is there a gacha machine?
A4. Gachapon are available for sale, but they will be provided by staff rather than through the usual vending machines. Additionally, please refrain from activities that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.

Q5. Are there wheelchair seats available?
A5. Yes, we do have them, but due to limited seating, they are available by prior reservation only. Please be aware that if you arrive on the day without a prior reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. For information on how to use the wheelchair seats, please check here.
