We have adopted the social statement 'Goals Connected to the Future of Our Lives' and aim to create 'a city blessed with cleaner air and nature.' From the 2025 season, we are participating in LTO (LEADS TO THE OCEAN).
In the 2026/27 season as well, we will carry out the litter picking activity 'LTO' around the stadium during league home games.

This activity is also positioned as part of the J.League's 'SPORT POSITIVE LEAGUES (SPL)' initiative on 'biodiversity,' aiming for stadium litter picking to contribute to the beautification and preservation of the entire environment connecting the city to the ocean.
With the slogan 'No Trash to the Sea!', each piece of trash picked up at the stadium becomes a step toward protecting the ocean. With this spirit in mind, we will expand the circle of caring for the community and nature together with everyone.

We distribute stamp cards to participants, and each time you participate, you will receive one stamp. Those who collect stamps within the designated period will be issued a 'Trash Picking Master' certificate at the end of the season and are scheduled to participate in an awards ceremony.

What is LTO

LEADS TO THE OCEAN means "leads to the sea." In our daily lives, it has become difficult to imagine the sea, so this project encourages people to personally feel that their own lives are connected to the sea, starting with "marine litter," and aims to raise awareness about the beauty of the sea and the issues of marine litter. It started in 2015.

What is SPORT POSITIVE LEAGUES (SPL)?

Sport Positive Leagues is a system that quantifies clubs' climate actions, allowing you to grasp their progress and the direction they should aim for at a glance. Targeting clubs belonging to participating leagues, it collects data on the status of 12 important initiatives for climate change measures, including environmental performance unique to the sports world, such as energy efficiency of game venues and facilities, use of renewable energy, efforts in recycling and waste reduction, management of CO2 emissions from fan and player transportation, collaboration with hometowns, and promotion of environmental education for players and others.
Subsequently, a quantitative effect analysis is conducted using SPL's unique scoring system, calculating a comprehensive score with weights assigned to category themes such as energy, waste, and transportation. Scores are presented by league from SPL in a ranking table format familiar to sports fans, and participating clubs are introduced across the board. The data-driven approach visualizes environmental initiatives, and by publishing the scores, it promotes the sharing of best practices and incorporates a mechanism that motivates the pursuit of higher goals.
