FC Tokyo will hold "Over 50" & "Women-Only Futsal Classes" in September. The venue will be "FC Tokyo Park Fuchu."
For those who want to try kicking a ball, learn the basics of futsal, and enjoy playing futsal, this is a futsal class for complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
All of us coaches are sincerely looking forward to your participation.

Classes / Eligibility

Over 50 Class

This class is for men aged 50 and over. Participants will enjoy playing futsal together in a relaxed and easy-going class, so please refrain from joining if you do not understand the purpose or if you want to play seriously.

Women-Only Class

This class is for females junior high school age and older. Participants will enjoy playing futsal together in a relaxed and easy-going class, so please participate with an understanding of the purpose. Those who want to play seriously are kindly asked to refrain from joining.

* Only those who understand and respect the spirit and purpose among participants are eligible.

Number of Recruits

Over 50 Class: 16 participants
Women-Only Class: 16 participants
* In case of many applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants)

Event Date and Time

Saturday, September 19
Part 1 (12:15 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.): Women-Only Class
Part 2 (2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.): Over 50 Class

* Both sessions will be held on Court B.
* Please note that the event may be canceled due to natural disasters or bad weather. In case of cancellation, no alternative date will be scheduled.
In the event of cancellation (non-occurrence), a refund will be provided.

* If you arrive early, please wait outside the court viewing seats and cooperate so as not to disturb those using the court or event groups. Please come to the vicinity of Court B during the reception hours. The coach in charge on the day will handle the reception.
* Please note that this event does not use the facility reception at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.

Course Introduction

We will proceed as follows.

・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Basics = Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying the ball)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
* Classes for those over 50 and for women are beginner-friendly, so the focus is mainly on basic training.

Coaching Staff

The coach from the development department will be in charge.
(Please note that the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule.)
* Basically conducted with a two-person system.

Participation Fee

2,200 yen per time (including insurance fee, tax included)
* Payment will be made in advance by credit card. Details will be provided after you win.

<About Cancellation>
In the event you need to cancel, please contact the school office by 5:00 p.m. the day before the event (by phone or email).
* Please be aware that if you miss the deadline, a cancellation fee (the full participation fee of 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, in the case of a no-show without notice, you may be declined in future lottery selections.

* After the deadline, responses may vary depending on the situation.
* After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with hacomono. If you have not received the confirmation email, you will not receive the lottery result email, so please ensure that you can receive emails from "fctokyoschool@em.hacomono.jp".

[Application Deadline]

・Until 11:59 p.m. on September 7 (Mon)
* After the deadline, there may still be availability, so please check by phone (03-5600-4441) once.
* If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The lottery results will be notified by email by the Friday of the week of the application deadline.
* We will notify you by email in case of a rejection. If you do not receive an email by the day after the deadline, please contact us at the inquiry address below.
[Regarding the Waiting List]
If you are not selected in the lottery, you will be placed on the waiting list. Only if a vacancy arises will we conduct another lottery and contact the selected individuals by phone.
[Regarding Facility Use]
□ Notes from the Facility
・The use of the ball outside the court is prohibited. (It is very dangerous because this is a rooftop facility.)
・Eating and drinking inside the court are strictly prohibited.
・The use of spikes is prohibited.
・You cannot enter the court with shoes that have heels.
・The facility is non-smoking. Please smoke only in designated areas.
・Please be sure to change clothes in the locker room.
・There are a limited number of showers, so please share and use them considerately.

Others

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks.
・If you are not feeling well, please do not overexert yourself.
・Please be sure to remove glasses, watches (including smartwatches), and accessories (such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings) when participating. If you wear glasses, please wear sports goggles.
・Balls will be provided here, so you do not need to bring your own.
The portrait rights for the images and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and they may be used in various productions and activity introductions. Please acknowledge this before applying.
